Shipping Policy

For Disputes, please provide the following:

  1. Photos/Videos: Clear evidence of the damaged item. If photos don’t prove the damage, please provide a video.

  2. Dispute Details: A screenshot of the email or dispute received, including the name, date, and content (e.g., PayPal dispute, email, etc.).

  3. Return Request: If requested by our team, the product may need to be returned.

Refund, Resend, or Return Conditions:

  1. Orders Delayed:

    • Orders without tracking or delayed past a specific timeframe are eligible for a refund or resend.

    • USA: Orders delayed 45 days after departure.

    • Special Shipping Methods: Some methods cannot be disputed.

    Note: If an order is pending at the local post office due to insufficient address or other reasons, customers should contact the local post office for delivery.

  2. Orders Not Received:

    • If the tracking shows delivery, no refund or resend will be processed.

    • If not received, a non-delivery certificate from the local post office is required.

    • Alert Reasons:

      • Incorrect address

      • No such number

      • Unknown recipient

      • Refused package

      • Package unclaimed

      • Customs issues

    Note: If the package is returned due to unclaimed status, we are not responsible for any losses.

  3. Products Damaged:

    • Badly Damaged: Full refund or replacement.

    • Partially Damaged (minor issues): Partial refund or replacement.

    Note: Fragile items are recommended for a refund. For damaged packaging, we offer no refund due to international shipping conditions.

  4. Incorrect or Missing Products:

    • Incorrect Products: Full refund or replacement.

    • Color/Size Issues: Refund or resend with proof of complaint.

    • Missing Parts: Partial refund or resend if it affects product function.

    • Accessories: Resend of accessories.

    Note: For size-related issues, provide a photo with accurate measurements.

  5. Order Cancellations:

    • Before Processing: Full refund possible.

    • After Payment:

      • POD Orders: Cannot be canceled (customized).

      • Preorder & Video/Photo Orders: Cannot be canceled once processed
