Refund, Resend, or Return Conditions:

Orders without tracking or delayed past a specific timeframe are eligible for a refund or resend.

USA: Orders delayed 45 days after departure.

Special Shipping Methods: Some methods cannot be disputed.
Note: If an order is pending at the local post office due to insufficient address or other reasons, customers should contact the local post office for delivery.
